Austin-based Abound Resources has named Ken Proctor as managing director of its newly formed risk management and compliance practice group. Proctor will manage risk assessments, compliance, audit, loan review and other risk management and compliance services. Previously, he has created the risk management practice area for two national financial services consulting companies. He has also worked with two international risk management consulting firms as a senior consultant.
