ABG Frankfurt Holding has bought the Campus Bockenheim development site in Frankfurt for about €90 million from the state of Hessen, PropertyEU reports. It had signed a preliminary agreement to purchase the asset in March.

The project is likely to include a mix of residential units, cultural facilities including the University of Music and some services. The development work may commence by the end of next year.
