Alexander Forbes Consultants & Actuaries has appointed Antony Hayes as head of institutional business, Global Pensions reports. The new appointment was made in a bid to boost its employee benefits consultancy business.

In his new position, Hayes will head all institutional clients businesses, including the consultancy, actuarial, asset consulting, corporate and scheme advisory practice areas. Most recently, Hayes was working with Aon Hewitt as head of its defined contribution consulting and pension risk transfer teams.
