Swedish start-up technology company Actiwave has secured $2.32 million in a rights issue. The investment was led by SEB Venture Capital.

The funds will enable both the launch of Actiwave’s own speaker brand and the licensing of the Actiwave technology to manufacturers of consumer electronics. SEB has also bought all shares held by present seed financier Innovationsbron.
