The Putnam County Community Foundation has announced that Ellie Ypma has created a new endowment, The Banner-Graphic reports. The Ed and Ellie Ypma Community Endowment will support community grants program.

The Community Foundation manages over 220 funds and endowments for donors, supporting a variety of charitable causes. Ed Ypma and Ellie Ypma previously worked at DePauw University.
