Rick Forbes has joined Associated Pension Consultants (APC) as head of the actuarial department, PLANSPONSOR reports. He will be based at the firm’s corporate office in California.

Forbes has over 25 years of defined benefits experience. APC is a pension firm aiding the Northern California and Northern Nevada regions.
